Columbia Crest Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
Winemaker Notes
Polished and seamlessly built with expressive blueberry and huckleberry flavors, this wine is accented by mineral and bitter chocolate notes that take on richness towards the refined textured finish.
Critical Acclaim
RP90 Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
The nose of the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is clean and correct, with a classic core of black and red fruits that fill the glass with subtle oak tones. The medium to full-bodied palate shows a soft dustiness that builds slowly until giving way to structuring tannins, then lingers on the finish with subtle oak spices.

Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco Superiore
Winemaker Notes
#1 Wine Enthusiast Top 100 Wines of 2019
Made in the heart of the Prosecco DOCG zone, Nino Franco’s Rustico Prosecco Superiore is unquestionably the world’s finest value in a high-quality sparkling wine. Made from 100% Glera (traditionally called Prosecco), the non-vintage, light-bodied Rustico offers gorgeously elegant notes of pear, citrus, and honeysuckle. The texture is creamy, soft, and delicate with persistent effervescence.
The word ‘Rustico’ dates back to an old winemaking tradition where Prosecco was made using a short second fermentation in the bottle and leaving the sediments in the wine. Although no longer the technique, the name ‘Rustico’ has remained a reflection of quality and tradition.
Pair with charcuterie, risotto, vegetables, seafood, and delicate pasta dishes.

This lovely sparkler never disappoints. It’s fragrant, with delicate scents of white spring flowers and white stone fruits while the dry, refreshing palate offers ripe pear, apple, and white peach alongside a hint of fennel seed. An elegant perlage and fresh acidity provide the backdrop.

TP93Tasting PanelSourced from vineyards in Burgundy, Languedoc, and the Loire Valley, this blend of 45% Chardonnay, 10% Chenin Blanc, 15% Colombard, and 30% Ugni Blanc offers up the most delicate bubbles. Aromas of Bosc pear and croissant lead to notes of candied pineapple, lemon meringue, and white flowers followed by a long, mineral-driven finish. The feel of the baby bubbles on the palate and the great price point put this French sparkler in an elevated category of charm and elegance.

Sommariva Prosecco Superiore Brut
Winemaker Notes
In the shadow of the Alps, poor, well-draining soils at higher altitudes yield elegant, aromatic bubbly worlds apart from the mass-produced wines flooding the market. Cinzia Sommariva is an adamant ambassador of the style, following in her parents’ footsteps to consistently craft a Prosecco of total class and charm—no mimosas necessary.

Champalou Vouvray La Cuvee des Fondraux 2018
Winemaker Notes
At the end of a long, draining day, you deserve to relax with a glass of this silky nectar, full of lovely notes of pear, melon, and pineapple. Les Fondraux is elegant and forthcoming, just like the Champalou family, who put all their craftsmanship into making it. Slightly off-dry and very aromatic, it will partner up nicely with spicy Thai food. If you want to stay more traditional, try it with dry goat cheese, or even some bleu, as the wine will balance with the saltiness of the cheese.

Montes Alpha Series Chardonnay 2016
Winemaker Notes
Attractive, bright golden yellow in color. The intense, complex nose offers tropical fruit aromas such as pineapple, banana, and ripe mango, while pleasing notes of peaches and pears round out the fruity profile. The coastal climate is very much present in the subtle notes of grapefruit and white asparagus. The French oak also complements the aromatic profile with very elegant and well-integrated toasted notes that recall hazelnut and vanilla. Smooth attack on the palate with perfectly balanced acidity, resulting in a very fresh wine that also has generous volume. This Alpha Chardonnay ends with a long and elegant finish that invites another glass.
This is a very versatile wine. It is highly recommended with salmon tartare, lobster, fresh shellfish, ripe cheeses, and hot dishes such as crab gratin and mildly sauced white meats and pasta.

Hess Select Treo Winemaker’s
Blend 2016
Winemaker Notes
Sourced from select vineyards in Northern California, the grapes used in the Treo blend produces flavorful fruit with layers of agreeable acids and balanced tannins. The blend is ripe and bold, but not overly so. Meant for easy drinking pleasure right now, the tannins are purposefully softer for easy drinking.
Pair with grilled flank steak, salmon, mushrooms, or a hamburger with blue cheese are my favorite pairings in the summer. Cured meats and aged cheeses like a Gouda or dry jack make a tasty meat and cheese platter.

Korbel Organic Brut
Winemaker Notes
#73 Wine Spectator Top 100 of 2016
Korbel brut – made with organically grown grapes is created in the classic Korbel style, crisp, delicate, and bright. They always strive to present the pure flavors of the grape in all of their California Champagnes. The organically grown grapes in this cuvée deliver well-integrated aromas and flavors of apple, pear, and white peaches. The finish is medium-dry, with a slight savory note at the end.
This California Champagne has fresh pear and subtle citrus notes and works beautifully with seafood that exemplifies “delicate richness,” such as scallops, poached shrimp, or even fried oysters. It’s a great brunch wine, as it’s delicious with egg dishes and creamier flavors. It would also pair nicely with any chicken dishes involving a light gravy or creamy sauce.

Quinta de Azevedo Reserva
Vinho Verde 2017
Winemaker Notes
Clear and bright with greenish tints. It has an aroma of prominent notes of well-ripened fruit, particularly of stone fruit, such as peaches and nectarines. On the palate, this wine is creamy with aromatic notes of ripe fruit. A lively acidity invites a long and balanced finish. This fresh, fruity profile means that it is ready to be consumed immediately. However, it will evolve positively in the bottle for at least 5 years.
Blend: 70% Loureiro , 30% Albariño/Alvarinho
Critical Acclaim
RP89Robert Parker’s Wine AdvocateThe 2017 Reserva is a 70/30 blend of Loureiro and Alvarinho, dry, without fizz, and coming in at 12% alcohol. Although listed as a “Reserva,” it is unoaked. This is basically a “best barrels” type of wine. Showing good concentration and a solid mid-palate, this doesn’t have a lot of zest—the big 2017 vintage may have a role there. Nicely done in general, though, it has enough depth to hold up to foods, and it has some power on the finish. It should hold well for a few years. There were 48,000 bottles produced.
